Welcome to Pedia Tech World. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Pedia Tech World provides digital solutions including, but not limited to, Website Development, Mobile App Development, Multimedia Editing, and Technical Training Courses. The specific scope of work for any project will be defined in a separate agreement or project proposal.

2. Project Payments & Pricing

Our standard payment terms for development projects are as follows:

  • 40% Upfront: Required to commence the project.
  • 30% Milestone: Due upon completion of a significant milestone (e.g., design approval or beta release).
  • 30% On Delivery: Due before the final handover of the project/source code.

Prices listed on our website are indicative and subject to change based on specific project requirements.

3. Revisions and Support

  • We offer 2 rounds of free revisions for design and content during the development phase. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
  • We provide 1 month of free maintenance/support after the project delivery for bug fixes related to the original scope. New features or changes are billed separately.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all fees, the Client grants full ownership rights to the final product (website, app code, designs). Pedia Tech World reserves the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose. You must not upload any content (via our application forms) that is malicious, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pedia Tech World shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
